Chicken breast with lime and spices –
A recipe naturally gluten-free to serve the chicken breast in a more appetizing way, but still light and healthy.
Preparation time 20 minutes (excluding marinating in the refrigerator)
Ingredients for 2 people:
300 grams of chicken breast
extra virgin olive oil
Cut the chicken breast into chunks and add all the spices and the lime juice. Mix well and put to rest in a refrigerator, in a tightly closed glass container, for at least 2 hours.
Put in a pan a little oil, add the chicken breast, with all the spices and sauce, and cook for 5 minutes, then add salt, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. At the end turn up the heat and fry until it’s golden brown.
