Celiachiamo Lab is a well-stocked bakery, with a shop of many gluten-free products. The choice is really huge, the largest ever found and the fresh products are really good.

The store where we have been was was the “Celiachiamo Lab”, the largest (400 sqm), with an attached lab and a large shop, with a huge selection of gluten-free products.
Even the choice of fresh products is really remarkable, from cakes, pastries, bread, pizza to other salty preparations, and they are all very good.
We bought two pastries trays, one of cream puffs and one of assorted pastry, plus one loaf, for a total of € 22.30.
The bread is really good, both of flavor and texture, crunchy outside and soft inside; we ate it for 3 days and it’s always been soft.
Delicious cream puffs in various flavors (cream, zabaione, coffee, pistachio, chocolate), all very good.
Also, the various pastries were great, the one I liked less was the “Caprese” (the one on the right) but it’s just a matter of taste 🙂
My husband, who isn’t celiac, liked all of their products.
If you go to Rome I absolutely recommend going there, it’s worth it 🙂
