Domino’s Pizza, a chain of pizzerias, also has gluten-free pizza in two versions: Margherita and American (with spicy salami).
The pizza isn’t particularly good, but it’s safely made away from gluten ingredients. The cost is € 9.00.

Italian restaurant and pizzeria: the owner is an Italian, who is the one who makes pizzas, including gluten-free ones.
The restaurant is cute and cozy.
You can have gluten-free almost all the pizzas on the menu (only a few ingredients are with gluten and therefore not suitable).
The pizza dough is made by a long leavening process and the flour and most of the ingredients come from Italy.
The pizza is kneaded and prepared in another room, away from the pizzas with gluten, then put on a baking pan lined with baking paper and baked in the wood oven alone, without the presence of pizzas with gluten.
First, he cooks all the pizzas with gluten and then the ones without. If there are few people in the restaurant (for lunch and midweek evenings) no problem, if there are many people then there may be a bit to wait for, until he has handled the pizzas with gluten. In case of dinner, especially on weekends, you can phone to know how many people there are and if there is a chance to have the pizza in a reasonable time.
In addition to pizzas, it makes bruschettas and gluten-free eggplant Parmigiana.
