For their production, from ‘A Pizza, they have adopted a ‘high quality’ policy, so they always use fresh ingredients as extra virgin olive oil, or of Parmigiano Reggiano Dop or Bufala’s mozzarella.

‘A Pizza: our “online” experience
For some time we were been looking a Neapolitan gluten-free pizza to enjoy at home and we decided to try the artisan products of ‘A Pizza, buying them online at http://www.apizza.it/it/. We have taken 5 pizzas (all gluten-free), choosing three Margherita, one Primavera and one Bufalina, to taste all those in the catalogue.
Placing an order online was quite simple (with the possibility, but NOT obliged, to register online, so as to keep your data and your order history in memory).
Payment in advance can be made in various ways, including PayPal.

A couple of important notes need to be made:
- You can order only multiples of 5 pizzas (therefore 5, 10, 15, etc.)
- There are no additional shipping costs (at least paying with PayPal)
- The pizzas are on average delivered within 72 hours (in this regard I would suggest to the sales office of ‘A Pizza to add, perhaps also as an option for a fee, the possibility of requesting the shipment with delivery on “certain date”, subject to appointment with courier)
- Consider indicating an address at which someone can always receive the delivery, since, as these are frozen products, a delayed delivery could compromise the quality of the product itself.
Having said that, we haven’t had any problems related to shipping, so all good!
The pizzas arrive perfectly packaged. The outer polystyrene box that contains them is well wrapped and, clearly, able to maintain low temperatures. Dry ice is placed inside and a thermal bag is placed to protect the inner packaging of the pizzas. The pizzas (already ready, pre-cooked and frozen) are placed in vacuum food bags.

The pizzas arrived in 3 days, perfectly in line with what was planned and optimally preserved and frozen… so the packaging is also excellent (additional note of a purely aesthetic nature: we liked very much also the inner packaging, which contained the pizzas, both in shape and from a graphical point of view).
Preparation: once the vacuum pack has been opened, the only operations to do are to bake the pizzas in the oven for 10-15 minutes, serve and enjoy!

Let us move on to the essential aspect… how are the pizzas?
For our taste they were really good: at the level of “frozen pizzas” the best ever tasted… in fact you can see the difference between the frozen “industrial” pizza that you can find in supermarkets and the gluten-free artisan Neapolitan pizza proposed by ‘A Pizza!
Among the three pizza chosen, what we liked most was the “Primavera“, followed by the “Bufalina“.

In conclusion, the first experience with ‘A Pizza was truly positive in every aspect. These are products that we can recommend, both for the quality of the pizzas and for the quality of the service offered.
That is what we have spent:
